Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Large or custom orders may require additional processing time, and we will notify you promptly if that occurs.
Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide directly from our warehouses in Thailand and Brazil to major ports across Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and Oceania.
Shipping Methods
- Sea Freight (Recommended): Cost-effective for bulk sugar orders.
- Air Freight: Available for urgent shipments upon request.
- Courier / LCL Options: For smaller trial or sample shipments.
Delivery Timeframes
- Sea Freight: Typically 3–6 weeks, depending on destination port and customs clearance.
- Air Freight: Usually 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Packaging
All sugar is packed in 50 kg polypropylene bags or jumbo bags as specified in your order. Palletized and containerized loading ensures product integrity.
Shipping Costs
Freight charges depend on destination, shipping method, and order size. A detailed quotation with freight cost will be provided once your order and delivery port are confirmed.
Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their country. We provide the necessary export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and quality certificate) to assist with customs procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, we will email you the Bill of Lading or Airway Bill along with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery.
Damaged or Missing Goods
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Report any damage or shortage to us and to the shipping carrier within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist with claims.
